Illuminated paving stones without any unsightly cables: The solar recessed floor luminaire Aron in the dimensions 100x100mm requires no power outlet for installation. Replaceable, rechargeable batteries are charged by sunlight during the day and an orientation light that doubles as a function light activates at dusk, when the motion sensor detects people in the immediate vicinity. The luminaire with a light colour of 2,200K is particularly insect-friendly, because this value lies outside the visible range for insects, so they are not attracted by the additional light source. The luminaire actively protects insects without neglecting the benefits for humans. The warm gold light creates a pleasant atmosphere around the house. The solar cells are slightly offset, which makes them virtually invisible and the overall effect is an evenly lit area. Thanks to its IP67 protection class, the recessed floor luminaire is guaranteed waterproof, rustproof and suitable for installation in outdoor areas subject to foot traffic – the luminaire can easily withstand loads of up to 500 kg.
