At the Paulmann online shop, you order directly from the manufacturer. That has its advantages:

Faster shipping:

We have our own state-of-the-art logistics centre at our company headquarters in Springe/Völksen near Hanover. Provided your order reaches us by 1 pm and the items are in stock, we will dispatch your goods the same day (prepayment orders: dispatch right after payment receipt).

Free shipping from £ 150

The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax and other price components. They do not include shipping costs. The Paulmann Online Shop charges £ 5.95 per shipment for shipping. For orders over £ 150 delivery is free of charge.

One-to-one service and customer advice:

Contacting us by phone or mail means you will be in touch with a customer service representative right here at our head office. Our representatives are familiar with all Paulmann products and are happy to offer their knowledgeable assistance.

Uncomplicated returns:

You have the right to return any product within 14 days. Within this period, you can return the purchased items free of charge for a full refund or exchange.

How quickly can I receive my ordered items?

Within the UK, Paulmann online shop deliveries of in-stock items will take 3-5 working days, provided that the order is received by 3 pm (Monday to Friday). Prepayment orders will be dispatched as soon as your payment is received. The Paulmann online shop will notify you of the receipt of your order and its successful processing via email.

Where does the Paulmann online shop deliver to?

The Paulmann online shop will deliver to the billing address provided by the customer within mainland UK (England, Scotland, Wales). We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel terminals. Shipping to Northern Ireland is not possible and is generally excluded.

How much does the Paulmann online shop charge for deliveries?

The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other pricing components, excluding shipping. The costs include all relevant costs for customs clearance to the UK.

Is there a minimum order value?

No, there is no minimum order value.

Can I have my order shipped to a different delivery address?

You can specify a preferred delivery address (e.g. workplace, relatives, friends, neighbours) within our delivery region for each individual order as part of the order process. Your order will be delivered to the billing address if you don’t specify a different delivery address. We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel terminals. The invoice will always be sent to the billing address.

How long will the delivery take?

The current availability of an item is always shown on the product page. That information is updated several times a day in accordance with current stock levels. In the unlikely event that an item sells out between the time you select it and reaching the payment stage, you will be notified of that fact.

  • "Available" (green dot) = 3 to 5 working days after the start date, as defined below
  • "Available" (yellow dot) = Three weeks after the start date, as defined below
  • "Out of Stockr" (red dot) = No order possible

The stated delivery times begin
a) on the day of receipt of the invoice total, including VAT and shipping costs if a delivery against prepayment is agreed or
b) on the day after contract conclusion where payment by credit card or on account is agreed.
c) After payment confirmation by PayPal if you have chosen the instant payment provider option.

How will my ordered item be delivered?

The delivery method for your order depends on the size and weight of the ordered items. We generally deliver via Trans-o-flex parcel service.

Can I order express delivery?

We don’t currently offer express deliveries.

What happens if I am not at home when my order is delivered?

You will be notified of the delivery attempt by the parcel service if you are not at home at the time of delivery.

Arranging a redelivery at a glance:

  • The recipient selects a date for the parcel service to redeliver.
  • Delivery to a different address: The recipient enters a new address in the UK, e.g. that of a neighbour or the recipient’s workplace for the new parcel service delivery.
  • Delivery with permission to deposit: The recipient names a safe location where the parcel service can leave the parcel, e.g. on a workbench in the garage. Delivery to a Royal Mail Parcel Shop: The recipient selects a Parcel Pickup Shop nearby. Parcels can be collected from there within 7 days.

Do you offer an installation/connection service?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer or mediate this service. Please consult a qualified electrician, as installations and maintenance works must be carried out in accordance with local safety regulations.
