The conditions of participation apply to participation in the competition "Paulmann Outdoor Competition 2024" (hereinafter referred to as the "promotion").

The promotion is organised by Paulmann Licht GmbH, Quezinger Feld 2, 31832 Springe-Völksen, Germany (in the following “Paulmann”).

The promotion will be held during the time period between 18 March 2024 and 14 April 2024 inclusive.

Natural persons of legal age residing in Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, England and Denmark are eligible to enter. Paulmann Licht employees and other companies and their affiliates sharing in the profits may not enter.

Only one participation per person and day is permitted. Multiple submissions on the same day, specifically using multiple email addresses is strictly prohibited, as are any other manipulative actions and will result in immediate exclusion from the promotion.

Entry into the competition takes place by registering at www.paulmann.com and providing your email address using the competition form. Once the form is submitted, the participant will receive an email from Paulmann to confirm subscription to our free Paulmann newsletter. Upon confirmation, the participant will receive information regarding our product range and exclusive discount promotions. Each newsletter contains a link at the bottom, via which the subscription can be cancelled at any time.

All participants will be entered into a draw to win 4x Weber premium grill, 2x Gardena robotic mower, 1x outdoor pizza oven, 2x Coleman cool box, 2x Gardena wall-mounted hose box, 2x Gardena cordless grass shears, 2x MEATER grill thermometer, 1x Klarstein mini fridge, 1x Klarstein icemachine Snowberry & Choc, 1x Sonos Roam Box , 4x garden sports games, 12 x Paulmann Plug & Shine starter sets, 10x cordless table lamp from Paulmann. The winner will be informed by an email from Paulmann Licht and asked for their postal address. The winners will be required to disclose their address by email within 48 hours. If they do not, the prize will be forfeited. The products will be shipped free of charge. No cash payment or exchange of winnings possible. Wins are non-transferable.

Paulmann reserves the right to terminate the promotion if for technical reasons (e.g. computer virus, manipulation or defective hardware/software) a proper conduct of the promotion can no longer be guaranteed.

Paulmann shall not accept any liability unless Paulmann or its agents have caused damage through gross negligence or intent, or have breached an essential contractual obligation (cardinal duty). In case of minor negligence with regards to cardinal duties, Paulmann will accept liability only for foreseeable, contract-typical damages. Liability for culpable injury to life, limb or health, and for fraudulent concealment of a defect shall remain unaffected. The same shall apply for liability in accordance with the Product Liability Act.

Legal recourse is excluded.
