The vast majority of our products are manufactured in Asia in accordance with European directives and quality standards. The products and components are regularly inspected by our own and external, qualified testing laboratories.

What is the history of the Paulmann company?
Paulmann has been creating lighting out of passion since 1978.
For every Paulmann employee, this means: we create good lighting for our customers, in every room. Paulmann’s light bulbs and lights live up to this standard.
Paulmann lighting is a family-run business headquartered in Springe, Lower Saxony, with a presence and activities in around 40 countries.
We humans depend on sight and, therefore, on light. Light not only sets the scene in our rooms and provides orientation, but also has a powerful influence on mood and well-being. That is why we see our products as more than just aesthetic interior design items. Light is our mission! We enhance our customers’ quality of life. That is why we develop our products.
A team of 400 people across Europe, 300 of whom are based at the Springe/Völksen location, is dedicated to bringing individual lighting ideas to life. This makes Paulmann a dynamic family-run business with a corporate culture based on partnership.
