Quality and safety are a top priority for all Paulmann products.
We focus specifically on the needs of our customers in their home environment as early as the concept phase for any new product. Our goal in every new design is excellent function, the best possible product safety and a long lifespan.
We want you to be safe
Each product is accompanied by Paulmann product experts from the initial idea to development, manufacture and final delivery. Our own in-house auditors, as well as certified external test laboratories check the products and components on a regular basis. That is why we can be confident to grant a 5-year warranty on Paulmann luminaires and transformers.
Test marks like VDE, ENEC, TÜV or Intertek let our customers know that they can trust in the safety of our products. Paulmann’s quality management system has received top marks from recognised external auditing bodies.
It goes without saying that Paulmann complies with all requirements of the European directive on the avoidance of harmful materials in products.
A look into our quality assurance laboratory:
We use an integrating sphere to measure the luminous flux and colour temperature of our lamps.
We determine the luminous intensity of lamps and luminaires depending on the angle in a gionometer. This value is then used to calculate the luminous flux of lamps and reflector lamps, as well as their beam angle.
