At the Paulmann online shop, you order directly from the manufacturer. That has its advantages:

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) - no extra fees, no hidden costs
We take care of all customs duties and import taxes for you. You only pay the amount in the shop - additional payment to the parcel carrier.

Faster shipping
We have our own state-of-the-art logistics centre at our company headquarters in Springe/Völksen near Hanover. Provided your order reaches us by 1 pm and the items are in stock, we will dispatch your goods the same day (prepayment orders: dispatch right after payment receipt).

If part of your order is not available until later, a partial delivery will be made. If you have chosen to pay by invoice, the invoice amount will only become due once the partial delivery has been dispatched.

One-to-one service and customer advice
Contacting us by phone or mail means you will be in touch with a customer service representative right here at our head office. Our representatives are familiar with all Paulmann products and are happy to offer their knowledgeable assistance.

Uncomplicated returns
You have the right to return any product within 14 days. Within this period, you can return the purchased items free of charge for a full refund or exchange.

1. The recipient shall comply with all applicable national and international (re-)export control regulations, including any embargoes, sanctions or other restrictions on the movement of goods, when passing on the goods supplied by us to third parties. In any case, when passing on the goods supplied by us to third parties, the recipient shall observe the (re-)export control regulations of the Federal Republic of Germany and the European Union.
2. In particular, the recipient shall check and ensure by means of suitable measures before passing on the goods delivered by us to third parties that:
   
   • by such a transfer to third parties, he does not violate an embargo of the Federal Republic of Germany, the European Union or the United Nations – also taking into account any restrictions on domestic business and any prohibitions on circumvention;
   • such goods will not be exported or re-exported to Russia and exports for use on Russian territory will be prevented;
   • such goods are not intended for use in connection with armaments, nuclear technology or weapons, which is subject to prohibition or authorization, unless any required authorizations have been obtained;
   • the regulations of all relevant sanctions lists of the Federal Republic of Germany and the European Union regarding business transactions with companies, persons or organizations named therein are complied with.
3. If required for the performance of export control checks by authorities, the recipient shall, upon request, immediately provide us with all information regarding the end recipient, the final destination and the intended use of the goods delivered by us, as well as any applicable export control restrictions.
4. The recipient shall fully indemnify us against all claims asserted against us by public authorities or other third parties due to the recipient's failure to comply with the above obligations under export control law, and the recipient shall compensate us for all damages and expenses incurred by us in this connection.
