The Springe Child Protection Association is delighted to receive further generous support from Paulmann: a donation of €20,000 will enable the successful ‘learning mentors’ project to continue, which has been supporting and strengthening primary school children in their education since 2021. 

In the project, committed secondary school pupils meet twice a week with primary school children to learn, play and develop social skills together. The focus is on holistic support: in addition to academic support, the project also covers self-organisation, relaxation techniques and referral to sports clubs – depending on what the child needs individually for their learning success.

‘The learning sponsorships are much more than just tutoring. They build trust, strengthen self-confidence and open up new opportunities for children and their families. Daily, we see how much a reliable contact on equal terms can achieve,’ explains Eva Maus, project coordinator at the Child Protection Association in Springe. 

‘We are deeply grateful for this support,’ said the board of the Child Protection Association in Springe. ‘Paulmann's donation not only enables the continuation of a proven project, but also sends a strong signal of social commitment and responsibility.’
