Why does the RGB strip only light up in one colour and cannot be controlled?
When connecting RGB strips to the RGB controller, it is important to ensure the correct polarity is maintained. If the LED strip does not respond to control commands and remains lit in a single colour, the polarity of the two connected components does not match. In this case, the plug connector must be disconnected, the terminal rotated by 180° and reconnected.

How can YourLED be powered directly from a 12VDC source?
Our YourLED strips must always be operated using the power supply unit designed for them. If a different power source, such as a car battery, is used, this constitutes a change to the product, and any warranty and guarantee claims will thereby lapse.
