Yes, at Paulmann, remote working is possible on two days a week, and for parents with an employment contract of up to 30 hours a week and with children under the age of 14, it is possible on three days a week.
What are the working hours at Paulmann?
We work full-time, 40 hours a week. However, we also offer part-time options. We operate a flexitime scheme, which allows you to build up or use up working hours flexibly as and when necessary. Depending on the department, fixed working hours may also apply, for example in logistics where shift work is involved. For a full-time position in administration, core working hours are between 9 am and 3 pm.

What work materials does Paulmann provide?
We provide a laptop with a case, as well as additional equipment for the mobile workspace, such as a monitor, keyboard and mouse. The office workstation is equipped with a height adjustable desk and an ergonomic desk chair, a keyboard, a mouse, two monitors and a mobile phone if required.

We usually conduct two interviews before making a hiring decision. The first is usually a video interview, and in the second we meet in person at our offices. During our interviews, we introduce ourselves and the Paulmann company. We then give you the opportunity to introduce yourself and walk us through your CV. We discuss the advertised role, the responsibilities and any potential challenges, and try to answer any questions you may have.
What is the induction process like at Paulmann?
The onboarding process usually takes 8–10 weeks. A structured induction takes place within your own department and covers all your main responsibilities, including getting to know all the departments within the company. In addition to these introductory sessions, there are in-depth induction sessions with the departments with which your work overlaps.
